When I think of happiness in the flower world...I can't think of a happier flower. A sun planted in the ground. They can be so huge and yet close enough to stand near and wonder at such a perfect specimen.
In solitude, you may walk past and they watch and don't interfere. They are just so. Just there. They don't judge you. They don't nudge you...if only to brighten your day.
There is a whole world of flowers to explore. We spend so much time on the darkness.
Now that Autumn is coming I am one person who rejoices at the color changes. Depressing? Alluding to death? Please. If when we grew older we turned such gorgeous colors...it would be hard not to giggle at all the older wrinkly colors we'd become.
