I think "Spill the Wine" is saying to stop clouding one's thoughts with alcohol and take the real precious things life has to offer. The girl - a relationship. The pearl - wisdom. My interpretation. What is yours? Anyway...I think we know more and have more positive powers to understand our lives than we allow ourselves to be aware of due to fear.
